Cinergy was founded by Tom Jarvis after a well-established career in the home technology industry. Tom started with a role in the major project division of Honeywell working on prestigious projects such as Wembley football stadium. Following this he decided to pursue his passion, taking a trainee position as a junior engineer in the audio visual sector. Tom’s meticulous eye for detail and commitment to the industry enabled him to progress to a managerial position inside of the first year.

This led to Tom taking a Project management position for an industry leading residential integrator. During his many years of service, Tom helped to grow the passionate team of installation & design engineers. His team delivered numerous stunning projects winning multiple CEDIA & Control4 awards.
